Ok, ok, another sky picture.
But I can hardly help it if that's what I'm grateful for today, can I?
Yesterday we had a massive 42 degrees centigrade here in Melbourne.
I've already mentioned that I don't cope with the heat very well, and it seems that it's not just the hot day itself, but also the day after the hot one that I struggle.
So today I'm very lacking in energy and feeling even less like doing stuff than usual. And by 'stuff' I mean housework.
Anyway, I digress.
This morning when I forced myself out onto the pavement for my morning walk, I was enveloped by the beautiful cool morning air.
Aaaah.
The clouds were so wonderfully overcast that I couldn't help but snap a shot.
So today I am incredibly grateful for a beautifully overcast, cool day.
Thank you Mother Nature, for giving me a chance to recuperate!
♥
I am thankful we have the same kind of weather here, though apparently it means the long awaited monsoon is on the way, which is great except I have got too much washing for it to start raining for a week. Fairy wishes and butterfly kisses lovely hope it stays cool for you
ReplyDeleteOh I hope you manage to get your washing done Rhianna. What's that saying....'if it rains it pours?' I wish it would stay smack bang in the middle, not hot or cold. Just nice. Obviously that's too much to ask :)

The sky is all kinds of awesome. We hit 46 in Sydney. Bloody hot. Today is half the heat as it was yesterday. Strange weather.
ReplyDeleteI know! My hubby and I were stunned when we saw Sydney's temp! I don't know how you all coped! :)

That shot is amazing! I love looking to and photographing the sky also xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Elisa. It would be so easy just to take photos of the sky and nothing else, wouldn't it? It's different every day :)
