365 Days Of Grateful - Day 38.

Today is the 4th anniversary of Black Saturday, so I am wearing this yellow ribbon.

I won't go into it, as it is really emotional for me, but I wrote a post about it (here) if you're interested in reading about it.

Today I am just so incredibly grateful that my son and my parents are still here with me.

I will be forever grateful for that.

  1. Im glad you have your son and parents with you too. I love yr gratefuls. I'm doing them myself as a way of changing a few old habits in my thinking. Keep them up, they are inspiring.

  2. Wow - I read the original story - what an incredible relief! A friend of ours lost both his younger sisters in that fire. it would be the most horrible thing to happen to a family EVER. So glad you and your family are SAFE and that is definitely the most grateful 365 Days of Grateful I have read! Kx
