Welcome to Day Three of The November 30/30 Challenge!
Today's activity highlight is Rock Climbing!
If you are an adventure junkie, then looking at the above picture could possibly get you a bit excited!
The view, of course, is outstanding! But apart from that, it kind of makes me feel a little sick!
You see, I'm not an adventure junkie at all. In fact, I'm a bit of a wuss! I'm shit scared of doing anything where I might hurt myself, which puts the above scenario completely out of my league.
So, if you're a bit like me, then perhaps this might be more your style!
I have to admit, even this would scare the pants off me! I don't like heights at all, but this would possibly be more do-able (in an 'if you force me at gun point' kind of a way).
Regardless of my own 'pathetic-ness', there are huge fitness benefits to Rock Climbing, some of which are:
Muscle strength.
Muscle endurance.
Flexibility.
Improve balance.
Problem Solving (as in, how to get up the wall).
Core Strength.
So, go and climb a mountain! Or a wall!
I'll just stay down here, looking at your photos and feeling slightly dizzy :)

I am a wuss too, there's no way you'd catch me rock climbing outside or on a wall in a gym lol.
