Today, the activity highlight is Bowling!
Now, I know what your thinking. You're thinking that bowling really isn't exercise, aren't you?
Ok, so maybe it's not a traditional activity for exercise, but it's better than sitting on the couch, wouldn't you say?
Bowling is a great social activity, providing lots of interaction with friends, family or team mates. Not only that, it does actually provide some health benefits as well!
Some of these benefits are:
Improves balance and co-ordination.
Reduces stress.
Strengthens muscles of the legs and arms.
Encourages flexibility.
Burns calories.
So grab some friends and head to your local bowling alley, for some exercise that's not your everyday workout!
